Our role was to help Swissto12 to define a configuration for their Geostationary Spacecraft, that have a fix set of thrusters. This novel architecture did require a new guidance algorithm to take advantage of this thruster configuration. We have developed an analytical solution and derived a guidance scheme that is able to compute the maneuver for every combination of thruster positions and thruster direction. We have then assessed the robustness of the guidance law to platforms uncertainties. All this work helped Swissto12 to inform their design choices, defined their propellant budget and propulsion system.
